So here are a few of my exercises from art class. The drawing of the pears was the first piece he had us work on. This was basically a shading exercise to learn about the value scale (light to dark, etc). The blockhead was to teach us to see the face in planes. The man, kid and dog is called "Homer" by Bougereau and is a sketching and proportion exercise. That's the one I'm working on now...not sure if I'm done or not! :)
